Injectables
Wrinkle Relaxers & Fillers
Soften lines, restore volume and enhance your natural features with physician-directed injectables.

Wrinkle relaxers
FDA-approved neurotoxins (Xeomin) temporarily relax the muscles in the face, with results lasting three to four months.
Lines such as the “11s” between the brows, forehead lines and crow’s feet form when the same muscles contract over and over as you frown, squint and smile. Xeomin works the same way as botox: in tiny doses, this purified protein blocks the nerve signal telling those muscles to tighten. With the muscle relaxed, the skin above it smooths out and the lines soften.
Treatment takes a few minutes with a very fine needle. You will start to see a change within a few days, with the full effect at about two weeks. The effect wears off gradually as the nerve signal returns, so regular visits keep the result.
Dr. Kate tailors the dose and placement to your face, so you look rested and still look like yourself. The same treatment is also used for the jaw muscles (masseters) and for excessive underarm sweating.
Dermal fillers
Filler is FDA-approved for cosmetic injection into the skin to smooth the appearance of wrinkles and deep lines and to add soft-tissue volume, restoring a smoother, more youthful look. We use hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers and biostimulators, including Radiesse, Kysse, Belotero and Redensity. We also offer PRP/PRF injections using your own plasma, and fat transfer to the face.
Our lip experts have a “passion for the perfect pout” and can improve the shape or plumpness of your lips.
Fillers last 9 to 12 months, and up to 24 months, depending on the filler and the area. Filler is a temporary treatment for facial aging: it doesn’t replace surgical correction and needs maintenance for lasting results.
