Kathryn H. Dalton, DO, FACS, FACOS, FAACS

“Dr. Kate” · Owner · Cosmetic Surgeon · Medical Director

Dr. Kathryn Dalton “Dr. Kate”, a board-certified general surgeon and cosmetic surgeon with over a decade of experience, earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her General Surgery residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital/Michigan State University. Dr. Dalton is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in General Surgery and by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in Cosmetic Surgery. She is a distinguished Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She completed her Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Chattanooga, Tennessee, expanding her expertise to offer procedures such as Mommy Makeovers, Tummy Tucks, Breast Augmentation, and more!

Dr. Dalton has general surgery privileges at Beth Israel Hospital in Plymouth, MA, and general and cosmetic surgery privileges at MetroWest Hospital in Framingham, MA. Dr. Dalton started her career as a trauma and general surgeon in the Metro Detroit area. She was recruited to Cape Cod Hospital as a general and breast surgeon and became the medical director of the High-Risk Breast program and Women's Health. She was inspired by her patients' inquiries about cosmetic procedures. She then pursued additional training in minimally invasive and non-invasive aesthetic services. This was the birth of Cape Cod Aesthetics and MediSpa.

After being in practice for ten years, she then pursued a fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in Chattanooga, TN. Cape Cod Aesthetics and MediSpa then expanded to provide cosmetic surgery services and was rebranded to Cape Cod Surgical Arts and MediSpa.

Dr. Kate's philosophy emphasizes mind-body-spirit integration and promoting quality of life. She is an active community member and a civilian volunteer for the United States Coast Guard as an Auxiliarist. Dr. Dalton is known for her energy, passion, and sense of humor, creating a supportive environment at Cape Cod Surgical Arts and MediSpa. Dr. Kate has hired, trained, and vetted an incredible team of professionals, and together, they provide a supportive and compassionate environment where patients feel attended to and cared for.

Her clinical interests include cosmetic surgery for weight loss patients and mommy makeovers. Full body lifts and tummy tucks are among her favorite procedures. Dr. Kate is affiliated with Highland Surgery Center in Fall River, MA.

Dr. Kate enjoys family time, beach outings, boating, painting and volunteering for the USCG, reflecting her vibrant and multifaceted personality.

Maddie DiPietro

Client Coordinator · Office Manager

Maddie graduated from Bridgewater State University in Spring 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a concentration in Public Relations. With a strong foundation in strategic communication, branding, and public relations, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and detail-oriented approach to her role.

Prior to joining Cape Cod Surgical Arts & MediSpa, Maddie worked as part of the administrative team at an accounting and advisory firm, where she gained valuable experience in professional communication, organization, and supporting day-to-day business operations. She also brings hands-on experience in the event planning industry, where she helped coordinate and execute high-quality events. Together, these experiences strengthened her ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and create seamless, well-organized experiences.

At Cape Cod Surgical Arts & MediSpa, Maddie enjoys combining her communications background, administrative experience, and creativity with her interest in the aesthetics and wellness industry. She is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient and client and enjoys being a trusted point of contact throughout their experience with the practice. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident from their first interaction with the office and beyond.

Outside of the office, Maddie enjoys all things health and wellness, spending time outdoors, traveling, and taking advantage of every opportunity to be at the beach.

Samantha Forde, RN

Registered Nurse

Samantha is a registered nurse with seven years of experience in critical care nursing. She currently works in the ICU float pool at Boston Medical Center while pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. She completed her nursing education at the University of Miami.

After years of caring for patients in the hospital setting, Samantha was drawn to aesthetic medicine as a way to combine her clinical background with her passion for skincare, beauty, and helping people feel confident in themselves. She completed an intensive aesthetics training program through Aesthetic Mentor, where she received hands-on training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, along with advanced facial anatomy education through cadaver-based training. She is passionate about continuing to learn and grow within the field and takes a thoughtful, natural approach to aesthetic treatments.

Outside of work, Samantha is a mom and loves spending time with her daughter and family. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, spending time in the city, and all things skincare and beauty.

Rachel Almeida, RN

Registered Nurse

Rachel is a Registered Nurse with a background in both healthcare and design. She earned her nursing degree from Cape Cod Community College and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Fitchburg State University. She began her nursing career in the operating room, and her work in surgical care eventually led her into aesthetics.

Rachel’s longtime background in architectural design has shaped her eye for detail, balance, and proportion. She especially enjoys the precision involved in aesthetic treatments and continuing to learn new techniques and services.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, especially to Italy and the Azores, spending time in nature, visiting museums, exploring art and design, and relaxing around a fire.
